Located in the historic Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, Cordia Senior Living has been providing high quality Independent and Assisted Living communities since 1996. Our business approach is one which combines traditional values with cutting edge innovation. Since our inception we have set new standards in resident programming and have been an industry leader in delivering opportunities for meaningful lifestyles for our residents.

Cordia is a small, hands-on company. Our senior management is intimately involved with operations at each of our communities. Our company growth is focused on adding Independent and Assisted Living communities that we believe will benefit by our very personal approach to operations. We partner with high-quality institutional capital partners who share our operating standards and commitment to long-term success. As a result, our communities enjoy excellent reputations and financial stability.

We are often asked about our name. The word Cordia is taken from the Latin word meaning heart. Our name reinforces the company's commitment to supporting residents in their personal quests for physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional well being. The trademark and logo design created for Cordia communicates our fundamental belief that the senior years can be a time of vibrancy and good health.
